Approximately 75 million people in the country view online videos every day, and just mentioning the word ‘video’ in an email’s subject line can improve its click-through rate by about 13%. And remember to include captions in your marketing videos because adding subtitles has been shown to increase views by 12% on average.
  3. Utilize Facebook Messenger in your strategy. Messenger has a lot to offer particularly when used in combination with chatbots, which are virtual assistants designed to engage with your audience in a conversational way. The chatbots can be programmed with information regarding all your product offerings and are a great way to elevate your customer service efforts.
  4. Take advantage of the new bigger reality strategies. Facebook recently implemented Augmented Reality (AR) tools for businesses that advertise in Facebook News Feed ads. These users can now try on wearable products, such as makeup and glasses, in the ads that appear in their news feeds without having to launch a separate application.
